It's wardrobe season again!
My wardrobe changed quite a bit once again and I feel like I'm getting
more and more confident in what I like over the years.
I already talked
about that a lot, but I was very tired of my style in 2020, until I made
the change for old school. It allowed me to get creative again, and
rekindled the spark. I guess it would be fair to say that I'm obsessed
with the 2004 to 2012 eras of lolita fashion and that's it's still what I
mainly wear.
Of course, I love some pieces that are slightly older or
newer than that but this is mostly what I gravitate towards.
I'm so grateful to say that I found most of the dresses I wanted which
were :
- AP's sweet jam JSK in yellow, I still want
to find the pink one (and I would DIE for the yukata!!) )
- AP's French Cafe switching JSK ( so happy I got the original release!)
I'm still missing Meta's Strawberry Velveteen OP and Skirt, but I hope I'll find it one day!
This year, I decided to purchase a lot of cardigans, shoes and bags and feel quite confident in my wardrobe lately! My collection of mini hats also grew considerably, but I would like to make a blog post all about them later on so I won't dwelve too much on it here.
These were my past years goals :
- Sweet jam JSK in yellow
- Strawberry Velveteen OP or Skirt
- Other Appliqués dresses from Baby
- French Café Chest Ribbon in pink
- Pink blouse (long and short sleeves)
- Black blouse (long sleeves)
- Black Cardigan
- Pink Cardigan
- Wear more lolita in winter
- Rework my old sewing projects (still have to work on my gingham skirt)
For next year I want :
- Meta's Strawberry Velveteen OP/skirt
- more old school wristcuffs
- some sax, pink, black, brown long sleeves cotton lace blouses
- some sax, pink, white short sleeves cotton lace blouses
- a straw full bonnet by Majoly
- an Usakumya rucksack, a nekokumya or a pandakumya
- pink, white, black and sax headbow
- all red and red X pink socks
I would also like to acquire (not priority) :
- AatP prière d'espoir JSK II in black
- AP's Magical Étoile JSK in sax, pink
or navy
- AP's Star night theater bustier in pink
- Metamorphose's Punkkuma
Some other goals are :
- wear lolita daily again
- wear more OTT coordinates with my friends
- twin with someone
- attend at least one event
- travel to meet more lolitas (even better if my friends can tag along)
- try wa-lolita
