A few month ago, Rose proposed to organize a doll meet up in Paris and
we were many to excitedly join in!
As my mom wasn't here this week end, I asked if anyone could host me and
Lucie was very kind to host me and Creme for the whole week end. I want
to thank her and Fabi again, it was very nice to be able to spend the
whole week end with lolitas friends!!

I arrived on Friday, right for lunch time and decided to go for Princess
Crepe.
At first, I thought of getting a salty crepe but in the end I
went for my usual Premium Matcha. What can I say I know what I like!

I originally thought of spending the afternoon in Paris and go to
Lucie's after they were done with work but it was so hot and my huge
suitcase made it very hard to do anything so in the end, I gave up and
headed for Lucie's place. And thank God I did because my shoes broke
just when I got there! I'm only now realizing how lucky I was to have
them break at this exact moment, because any other time would have been
hell.....
And I was extra lucky that Lucie had white shoes that were too big for
her and perfect for me that I just bought off of her
Anyways, after dropping my suitcase and changing into my new shoes, I
wanted to let Lucie and Fabi work peacefully so I went to Yokooso, a
Japanese Cafe to wait. It was really nice, and they had a unique
selection of latte which I always appreciate. I had a Japanese pumpkin
latte and an almond cake.
On the way to the café I also stopped to a second hand shop where I
found some lovely plush keychains and a book I loved as a teen that I
lost god knows where so I'm glad I've got it again!
The evening was nice and relaxing, we ate ramen while watching a movie.

On Saturday morning, Lucie brought me to another location of the second
hand shop I've been to the day before because they had a fabric sale. We
both found some nice treasures for a few euros so we were pretty happy
about it!
As we were about to head home, a lady in a van stopped to tell us
another second hand store had a leopard event and that if we wanted to
go there she could give us a ride. So of course we hopped on, only
realising afterwards how easy it would be to kidnap us lol
I didn't find anything in the other shop, but Lucie found a very cute
musselin pink capelet
We headed back home where Creme was waiting for us. We had pancakes before having to leave to meet more lolita to the AP shop. Lucie had japanese class this afternoon, and would be joining us later.
Which dress should I get ?
The afternoon was spent standing up and walking to various locations, including the AP store, bubble tea and Japanese library. It was nice to see everyone and meet new faces. For the evening, we ended up at the Mori café, a vegan Japanese restaurant and it was delicious. I had my usual tantanmen and chili tofu because I'm obsessed with it (just thinking about it 48h later makes me want to eat it agaaain)

And on Sunday was the doll meet! Rose booked the Nana and Joe tea time as it's vegan and quite generous. I was a bit disappointed by the cakes as they were way too sweet for me, but I know I have very specific tastes. Lucie loved it tho, so please don't let my opinion discourage you from trying this restaurant! Rose also had planned a bingo and a tombola! I didn't win anything tho ToT

I was SO looking forward to the meet as I haven't done a doll meet since
I was 16. It was really nice to have two of my hobbies finally coming
together !
Everyone tried to match their doll, but I personally think that Tina,
Lucie and Oceanne's coords really were the best as they were practically twinning with their dolls!
I want matching clothes with my dolls!!

After taking pictures, we went for karaoke. I'm very happy we did because I really wanted to sing with everyone even tho it meant we couldn't go to Chinese hotpot afterwards....

Now only four, we decided to go to the first restaurant we saw, which was a Chinese one. The food was okay, but the whole experience was memorable. It was a family owned restaurant, with a very old and abrasive grandma taking care of the customers and her tired son cooking and handling the paperwork. There also were a very tiny dog and a tuxedo cat that were playing together, running everywhere and trying to climb into our bags. I feel that it could be a great movie setting.... And yeah that's pretty much it!

We went home, slept a bit and on Monday I went back home! It was a fun and tiring week end, with many amazing memories! Thanks again to Rose for organizing everything, Lucie and Fabi for opening their home to us and making us amazing coffees and Creme for being an excellent roommate!
